7. Confidentiality and Attorney-Client Privilege

While we implement security measures to protect your data, use of this Service does NOT establish an attorney-client relationship. Communications through the Service may not be protected by attorney-client privilege. Consult with your attorney regarding privilege concerns.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
