You may NOT use the Service to:

Harmful Content

Do NOT generate or store:

• Harassing, threatening, or defamatory material
• Child exploitation material (CSAM)
• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Spam or unsolicited commercial content

Unauthorized Practice of Law

• Representing yourself as an attorney if you are not licensed
• Providing legal advice to others without proper authorization
• Using the Service to engage in unauthorized practice of law (UPL)

System Abuse

Do NOT:

• Attempt to bypass security measures or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the AI model
• Launch denial-of-service (DoS) attacks
• Scrape or harvest data through automated means
• Generate excessive API requests to abuse rate limits
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Share account credentials or resell access

Unethical Use

• Manipulating or fabricating evidence
• Filing frivolous lawsuits or vexatious litigation
• Violating attorney ethics rules or professional conduct standards
• Using AI to mislead courts without disclosure
• Generating fake legal documents or citations

Acceptable Uses

The Service is intended for:

• Legitimate legal research and document drafting
• Legal professionals improving productivity and efficiency
• Law students and researchers studying legal topics
• Businesses managing contracts and compliance
• Individuals accessing self-help legal resources (with appropriate disclaimers)

Professional Responsibility

Legal professionals using the Service must:

• Redistribute or resell AI-generated content as your own product

Reporting Violations

Enforcement

We reserve the right to:
